2016 has been an intense year. We lost David Bowie, Leonard Cohen, Prince, Mohamed Ali, Gene Wilder, John Glen, and that’s just getting started. We lost so many lives to war and community conflict. At times we lost our basic sense of civility toward one another. And we gained. We gained insight into one another’s wants and needs. We gained an awareness of our own responsibilities and we gained a greater sense of our role in a diverse and much larger whole.
Now we offer up a fervent greeting to 2017. Thank you to our designer, Eric, as he tracked us through 2016 with his sketches that remind us to find our next moments of joy and gain.
We wish all a peaceful, compassionate and inspiring new year.
