The Lava Lamp

A MARGARITA FOR MODERNISTS

We raise a (much needed) drink to our newly launched site. We’re also launching our favorite drink – an updated margarita with an element of design.

Serves a Party of One

FRESH JUICE MIX

COMBINE

•  1 OZ FRESH ORANGE OR TANGERINE JUICE
•  1 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
•  1 OZ FRESH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

AT THE READY

• 1 OZ TEQUILA
• ½ OZ COINTREAU
• ½ OZ CHAMBORD

FRESH JUICE MIX

1. Salt rim of martini glasses with sea salt
2. Combine 1 oz of Fresh Juice Mix with 1 oz Tequila and 1/2 oz Cointreau
3. Add to shaker full of ice …and shake
4. Strain into martini glass leaving a little room at the top
5. Pour 1/4 – 1/2 oz of Chambord softly down the inside of the glass

The Chambord will float along the bottom a la Lava Lamp.
