The San Francisco Masonic reopened after extensive renovations that transformed the iconic property into a prime venue to host general admission and seated concerts, private receptions, meetings, classroom-style events or private dinners and entertainment on stage.
The client reached out to us with a newly established logo and needed a complete digital refresh, optimized site design, streamlined user experience for their varied audiences and a manageable CMS to accommodate for frequent content changes.
Guided by the style of their logo, we delivered a redesigned, responsive site that fits the historic brand while engaging the SF Masonic’s new and diverse audiences.
With an eclectic range of concerts, family oriented performances and meeting spaces our thoughtfully designed UX/UI allowed for easy navigation across all platforms.
In addition to extending the client’s original ideas of how to use content, Pitch Black continues to provide support for feature updates and enhancements, as well as, content and photo galleries.
In coordination with our technical and content support, we provided WordPress CMS training to the SF Masonic team allowing them greater flexibility in how they interact with their site updates.
The client came to us needing more robust functionality and strategy for their digital brand. As we enter our third year of engagement with SF Masonic, client satisfaction remains high with increased site traffic.
