Faster Horses is a three-day country music concert and camping experience that takes place on the grounds of the Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan. The festival features an impressive line-up of some of the biggest names in country music.
Live Nation came to us in the early stages of building its country music festivals. They wanted to extend their brand and add visual richness while allowing easy access to extensive festival information including ticket purchasing, camping packages and talent line-up. With 65% of its audience on mobile they needed innovative solutions.
A site build and redesign focused on improved functionality with a more engaging user experience that was optimized across all platforms.
After reviewing analytics from their first festival we shaped the UX/UI to guide the user through all aspects of the Faster Horses experience from festival announcements, through POS to the real time event.
The site was designed so content could be updated with timeliness and ease. That was key to accommodate the ongoing schedule, ticket and general information changes and additions.
Our new site design allowed for easy updates for ongoing schedule, ticket and general information changes and additions. We supplied support pre, during and post festival.
The responsive design optimized load times and gave users an improved experience resulting in higher ticket sales and increased time on site.
