Pitch Black is a marketing and advertising firm, which provides among other things, certain online marketing, advertising and analytic services on behalf of persons or entities that register online at a Pitch Black Site or one of the Websites to create a client account (the “Pitch Black Clients”) to obtain those services (the “Marketing and Analytic Services”) in connection with their own websites (the “Client Site(s)”). Pitch Black Clients include authorized users, employees, agents and their affiliates or successors.

Pitch Black Clients who have engaged Pitch Black to perform those Marketing and Analytic Services have, pursuant to the “Terms of Use”, which can be found here: gofindable.com terms and conditions, authorized and granted permission to Pitch Black to gather certain information regarding third-party users of the Client Sites (the “Client Visitor Data”) including, without limitation, visitor interactions with, use, geographic location and other anonymized information.

Pitch Black Clients who have engaged Pitch Black to perform those Marketing and Analytic Services are the controllers of any Client Visitor Data. Any questions regarding how Client Visitor Data will be gathered, stored, or utilized should be directed to the Pitch Black Client.
